Blue Sage Smudge Stick

Blue Sage also known as "Grandmother Sage” is a purifying herb with broad medicinal and magical applications. Palo Santo

The name Palo Santo means "Holy Wood" is a natural wood know for it's aromatic incense used for centuries by the Incas and indigenous people of the Andes as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing. Palo Santo has been used for thousands of years in Peru and Ecuador by shamans and healers and it is often used for luck, to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune. It has a fine citrus aroma with underlying notes of frankincense, its close relative. This Palo Santo is sustainably wild harvested from Ecuador from naturally fallen trees and branches that lie dead for 4-10 years before they are harvested.

Quartz Crystals are often called the “Master Healer” stones. They’re stones of clarity, which dispels negativity and can be used to purify and clarify on the spiritual, mental, and physical planes. They are also used to amplify the intensity of energy from other stones.
