**Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in design, size and color may occur.

We accept payment in the form of  MasterCard, Visa, Discover,  American Express and Paypal.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders over $150 are shipped Free via UPS and do not  require signature for all items upon delivery unless requested.

If you would like to set up signature confirmation, please email us at Hello@soukandsoul.com for pricing.

If you need a rug to get to you faster than ground shipping please email us at Hello@soukandsoul.com and we will get you a custom shipping quote.

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the time the payment and shipping information is received.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

After the package is delivered to your door step, Souk & Soul is not responsible to what happens to it from that point forward.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are final.

However, for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after the date of purchase for in store credit.

Just send an email to Hello@soukandsoul.com for return instructions.

Item must be in the same condition as it was upon receiving.

In store credit never expires.

All expenses will be refunded with the exception of the shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

All items purchased with a discount code of 25% off or higher are FINAL SALE.

If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving to Hello@Soukandsoul.com.  We will either send you a new piece or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
