Selenite (also known as Satin Spare) is used to cleanse or reactivate your crystals by laying them on or around your Selenite Cleansing stone as it magnifies and amplifies energy.

Selenite is a crystallized form of gypsum and is named for Selene, Greek goddess of the Moon because of its moon-like glow. It is a very soft stone which can be scratched easily with a fingernail. It does not retain negative energies and does not have to be cleared. It therefore has the powerful ability to clear and block negativity, and to shield you from unwanted energies. This newly made Beni Ourain Rug is Handwoven from pure undyed Wool by women in the villages of the Middle Atlas Mountain Region in Moroccan. Beni Ourain rug densely hand-knotted with a background in natural ivory and in a traditional diamond patterned design.

ABOUT MOROCCAN RUGS: Moroccan rugs are hand woven by Berber women of the tribal region specified. Each rug can take a few months to year to complete. The weaving techniques have been passed down through the generations. From modern designs to vintage abstract form this is a way the Berber women carefully preserve their heritage of technique and knowledge passing down messages in wool from one generation to another creating textiles full of life and charm. Please note that computer resolutions are different and we try to capture our rugs in natural light.
