All natural ingredients included: Pink Himalayan pink salt- Detoxifying and cleansing. Sea Salt- natural exfoliate, relaxation, sore muscle relief & body aches. Epsom Salt- relieves sore muscles Essential Oil Blend (Rose, Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Hawthorn leaf, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lemon balm) - know to relieve stress, calm the heart and nervous system. Directions: Bath tea can be made in a few ways; add desired amount to muslin bag and hang under hot running bath or add herbs and salts directly to bath water or  steep it in simmering water on the stove for 10 minutes before pouring the sachet and the hot tea water into a hot bath.
